RETURN, SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns

1) Items eligible for return at our cost.

  • Incorrect Item was delivered
  • Item has a manufacturing default, please send photos of such to info@mkhubadesign.com
  • Items were missing


2) Items eligible for return at customer’s cost. You can return an item/s to our warehouse either personally or with a courier/transport company. We can arrange our courier partner to collect from you where the fee will be clearly communicated for approval from yourself and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • You may return part of the order (individual items and not part of a set) for a refund on the item returned.
  • Customer changed their mind. We provide detailed dimensions photos and descriptions, so should the product be returned due to not being suitable this will unfortunately be for the Customers Account.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it:

  • Make sure the item and all its components are present
  • Repack the item in its original packaging
  • Kindly include a copy of the invoice for the order
  • Seal the package with packing tape to make sure the contents are protected during transport, especially fragile items.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
